Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

Delivery Responsibilities

  • Someone must be available to receive the delivery

Failed Deliveries:
If delivery attempts fail due to incorrect address or recipient unavailability, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery. We will contact you via WhatsApp to arrange re-delivery.

Product Warranties

Store Warranty

All products purchased from SAKR STORE include:

  • 30-day store warranty against manufacturing defects
  • Coverage begins from the date of delivery
  • Warranty applies only to manufacturing defects, not user damage
  • Products must be in original condition with all accessories

Manufacturer Warranty

Where applicable, products may also include manufacturer warranties. These warranties are provided directly by the manufacturer and are subject to their terms and conditions.

Warranty Claims

To make a warranty claim:

Warranty Exclusions

Returns and Exchanges
